I live and breathe nutrition - itʼs a part of my life! With many years of coaching experience, my passion is helping my clients regain their health and vitality while creating the body they desire and more importantly, keeping it.


I established Butterfly Transformation Nutrition Coaching as a place where professionals could eliminate food confusion and lose unwanted body fat with a simple nutrition blueprint.  


You confidently learn sustainable food habits with no gimmicks! Instead of an all-or-nothing diet approach, I work with you on how to actually live and make healthy choices that reflect your current nutritional goals.

When I first started my journey with BTNC aka Netra the Goat, I didn’t know what to expect. I’m not your ideal rule follower so I knew I thought it would be a challenge - but Netra provided me with easy to create meals that didn’t make me feel like I was doing any real work, almost like reverse psychology in a sense - rules gone!


She was able to help me reach my goals plus some. She helped me reach my goal body prior to my wedding, and helped me transition from my birth control, so I could prepare for maternity.


Well with Netra's help my body’s health was top-notch and likely the best it had been in a while. It took me less than a month to get pregnant (surprise)! Netra was truly heaven sent and as soon as I bring this baby into this world we running it back!

I was in the process of prepping my body for dietary changes after being told I was pre-diabetic. The shirts no longer hid the love handles and the sleeves were getting tight. Between being stressed at work and then coming home and being stressed, my body finally had enough. I reached out to Netra for help! She provided me with easy to follow ways to put meals together and build in new foods and habits. She was able to help me get closer to my goals than I’d ever been. The weekly checkins help you feel supported the entire way. I still have some work to do, but in 90 days, and 31 lbs down, Coach Netra taught me how to eat, how to pick out the good foods, and more importantly how to live healthy. My ultimate goal is to be healthy for my children, and Netra has helped me accomplish that. By the way, I can now fit my entire hand in these pants - they are falling off!

With Coach Netra, I've finally seen progress for the first time in years. I can honestly say I feel better than I have in a long time.
